(“Property”).  Name                        (“Assignee”) hereby offers to purchase this Property for  $________, which equals the sum of:

a.        Contract purchase price of $   _______, and

b.       Compensation to Assignor of $ ________ (“Assignment Fee”),

both figures to be inserted upon Assignor acceptance (below) and delivery of Contract to Assignee for review.  This offer is subject to Assignee acceptance of Contract (below), but not to the purchase price contained within the Contract.
