I, the undersigned, agree to, and do hereby, accept the office of Trustee under that certain Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated , and I further agree to succeed to the title of all the properties of the Trust and to accept all the powers and be subject to all the restrictions granted to or imposed upon the Trustee by said Agreement, with the same powers, rights, and interest regarding the Trust property, and subject to the same restrictions and duties as the original Trustee, except as the same shall have been heretofore modified by amendment.
