The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) hasrnlaunched a new web page which consolidates all of the new mortgages rulesrnissued this year and their related implementation materials.  The Regulatory Implementation Page (consumerfinance.gov/regulatory-implementation )rnwill be the central access point for collateral including:</p<ul

  • Mortgage rules at a glance </li
  • Small entity compliance guides </li
  • Videos </li
  • Quick reference charts </li
  • 2013 rural or underserved counties list </li

CFPB said it hopes the pagernwill make rule content more accessible for its industry constituents, rnespecially smaller businesses with limited legal and compliance staff.  The Bureau cautions that these materials arernonly designed to give an overview of the rules and are not substitutes for thernrules themselves. </p
